FAQ's
DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?
Yes! Unfortunately it is too tricky to add every single country to our ordering system so if you like outside of New Zealand, Australia, USA or the UK, shipping is possible but you will need to email us directly on karen@kdesign.co.nz and we'll let you know the cost.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We know you'll love your purchase but what if you don't? We all change our minds at some point in our lives (it's a woman's prerogative, isn't it??) so please let us know and we'll be happy to issue you with a credit or an exchange from our range. We always try to check for defects but sometimes they can still slip though so if the product is faulty we will endeavour to send you a replacement. If something goes wrong in transit and the product arrives damaged, please contact us within seven days and we'll arrange for a NZ Post representative to get in contact with you to make a claim.
Please note that although we are happy to exchange products if you change your mind, we will credit the item only and you will be asked to cover the cost of freight for the replacement item.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your parcel is winging it's way to you, we'll provide you with a tracking number and a link which you can track through our partners, New Zealand Post.
HOW CAN I CONTACT YOUR COURIERS?
New Zealand Post owns our local courier service, CourierPost so once you have a tracking number, you can either use their online service or you can call them.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?
All deliveries within New Zealand don't require a signature so will be left by the courier unless you request otherwise. In most cases international couriers require your signature for delivery.
IT'S BEEN A WEEK AND NOTHING'S ARRIVED.
Sometimes deliveries get held up due to public holidays, stock control or we may have been just too busy! If you haven't received an email from us advising that the package is on the way within 3 days, please get back in touch with us on karen@kdesign.co.nz and we'll look into it for you.
